Warranty statement
Products have a one year warranty on parts only - labour and transport is specifically excluded, including cost of delivery or collection of parts;
There is no warranty on smalls, neither is there on wearing parts such as blades, bushes, belts or glass, lights, heating elements etc
The warranty will not cover defects from wear and tear, lack of maintenance, misuse of equipment, incorrect
installation, incorrect operation,
Parts under warranty can be collected from the offices only on return of the damaged part, once it is ascertained that the part
is faulty and under warranty,
All warranties require a copy of the original invoice, the model and seriel number,

It is the responsibility of the purchaser to ensure that goods are installed according to the manufacturers recommendations;
No loan or replacement equipment will be provided when equipment is to be repaired;
