Stainless steel is easy to clean & keep clean, prompt dring prevents water spots,

To remove burnt food, soak and wash in hot soapy water. To remove stubborn stains scout\r lightly with a non-abrasiv cleaner, nylon-scouring pas or stainless steel cleaner.

High heat may cause a mottled rainbow-like discolouration commonly called "tint heat". Cooking starchy foods ex: rice, potatoes or peas may stain the inside of the pan. Bothg are easily removed with any readily available stainless steel cleaner.

Undissolved salt will pit the surface of stainless steel, only add salt to boiling liquid and stir until completely dissolved. Acid or salty foods should not remain in stainless steel for long periods.

In normal use stainless steel items will not dent, warp or chip.
